Application Procedures

To begin the process of evaluation we need three items:
  1. A fully completed application, including Download PDF Personal Recommendation Form, Download PDF Transcript Request Form, and Download PDF Standards for Community Life.
  2. A nonrefundable $35 application fee.
  3. A copy of your high school transcript. Transfers must also include a copy of their college transcript(s).
Please include a recent photograph of yourself (optional).

Your application will be processed as soon as all items are received.

If you desire financial aid, please note the following:
  1. Required forms:
    1. This online application
    2. Approved federal need analysis form - Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) recommended.
    3. Roberts Wesleyan College financial aid form
    4. Financial aid transcript from college(s) previously attended

  2. Submission dates:
    1. New York residents:
      1. Admissions application by February 1, priority deadline
      2. FAFSA by March 15 (use estimated income figures if necessary)
    2. Out-of-state residents:
      1. Admissions application by February 1, priority deadline
      2. FAFSA by March 15
Early application for financial aid will increase the likelihood of maximum awards. If you do not meet recommended deadlines, apply as soon as possible.

How to Use the Roberts Wesleyan College Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the 'SUBMIT' button located on the left column to submit the application.
