Application Procedures
- Please fill out this online application as thoroughly as possible. When you are finished, click the 'SUBMIT' button on the left column of any application screen. Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit the application. Please make sure that you have signed it and return it as soon as possible to the Admissions Center with the following:
High School Students
- $25 nonrefundable application fee
- Official high school transcript(s) indicating graduation date
- ACT/SAT I score
Residence Hall Application with $200 housing deposit
Transfer Students
Readmission Applicant
- $25 application fee, official college transcript(s) from each college attended, letter of explanation detailing reason for leaving first time. Readmission is not automatic.
Special Student (nondegree seeking)
- $25 application fee, copy of diploma or official transcript required. Includes students who are at least 21 years old, have
earned a prior degree, and are taking classes for enrichment or recertification only.
International Student
- $25 application fee, official high school or college transcript(s),
notarized statement from bank official
indicating sufficient funds in U.S. dollars to cover Lee's estimate of
expenses, signed sponsor guarantee
form, signed estimate of expenses form, and TOEFL (Test Of English as a
Foreign Language) score. All credentials
must be in and approved before acceptance can be granted and an INS form
I-20 (student visa) issued.
Immunization Requirements (collected after acceptance)
- All accepted students born after January 1, 1957, must provide proof of 2
MMR vaccinations given after 12 months of age and proof of a tuberculin PPD skin test taken within a year
from the date of application.
